The project integrates the Lamtec BT320 combustion control card as the control brain and an ABB inverter for precise fan speed and energy management. ✅

Technical Details — What We Did

  1. Control Panel Overhaul: Existing modules reorganized, protective devices (fuses, contactors, thermal relays) updated, wiring diagrams revised and an operator-friendly HMI layout implemented.
  2. Lamtec BT320 Integration: The BT320 delivers advanced modulation algorithms enabling superior flame stability and precise fuel/air control. Safety interlocks, flame detection sensors and alarm handling were implemented.
  3. ABB Inverter Application: An ABB inverter was installed on the burner’s combustion air fan to enable real-time speed control according to process demand — reducing energy usage and ensuring smooth modulation during load changes.
  4. Calibration & Testing: After commissioning, comprehensive combustion tests, emission checks and safety scenario testing were conducted; final tuning of BT320 parameters provided optimum performance.
